We're excited to share that CatoMind recently wrapped up a comprehensive AI upskilling program for one of Hong Kong's leading construction enterprises. Led by our AI Architect Steve Yu, the initiative equipped more than 100 employees — from front-line staff to senior managers — with practical, actionable AI skills to boost productivity and support smarter decision-making.

The four-day program was built around a two-phase learning journey. We kicked off with a foundational Essential Training session for all staff, helping everyone build a shared AI vocabulary and gain confidence. Next, participants moved into specialised focus groups tailored to three core functions: Finance, Managerial, and Sales & Marketing.

Beyond efficiency gains, the training sparked a cultural shift. Employees at all levels now feel more confident experimenting with AI, and leadership has a clearer roadmap for scaling AI adoption across the enterprise.

"This project reinforced CatoMind's capability to design and deliver large-scale, customised AI training for complex organisations," said Steve Yu, AI Architect of CatoMind. "From initial needs assessment to post-training ROI analysis, we partner with enterprises every step of the way to ensure learning translates into tangible business outcomes."

At CatoMind, we remain committed to empowering organisations with next-generation AI capabilities — helping them move from pilot projects to autonomous, AI-driven operations.
